At Foamland, we offer a wide range of bubble wrap, technical foams (foam, polystyrene, agglomerate, polyurethane PUR), insulation y adhesives for a variety of industrial and commercial applications. As manufacturers, we can adapt to the needs of each client and project.
Bubble wrap
We manufacture bubble (also known as bubble paper) in different sizes and colors. We offer big or standard bubble coils, bubble bags, separator sheets and tube rolls. In addition, we have antistatic bubble, foam with bubble, metallized bubble, insulating bubble (bubbles with pure aluminum), non-woven fabric bubble, kraft paper with bubble, anti-slip or sliding bubble and UV-resistant bubble. We also manufacture bubble rolls with fewer linear meters than standard rolls, as well as bubble with pre-cuts.
Foam
We have all types of foam coils available in different sizes. We offer standard foam coils, anti-static foam, foam with bubble, foam bags, plastic-coated foam, insulating foam (with pure aluminum), metallized foam and foam with kraft paper. We also offer foam coils with pre-cuts, as well as foam rolls with fewer linear meters than standard rolls.
Bubble bags and foam bags
We manufacture bags with adhesive flap, non-adhesive flap or bags without flap for any type of bubble wrap or foam.
Separator sheets
The ideal product for separating and protecting all types of items. These are sheets of bubble wrap, cardboard or foam that we manufacture to the required measurements for each client.
Other packaging products
We offer a variety of packaging products such as adhesive labels of all kinds, padded envelopes, envelopes for online shipments, ZIP-lock bags, acrylic tape, solvent tape, PVC tape or pre-printed tape, with their respective applicators. We also offer manual stretch film (with or without paper core), automatic stretch film or mini rolls of film, corner protectors and foam corner pieces in different shapes or cardboard, corrugated cardboard with or without load, or coils of natural or recycled kraft paper.
Sheets
This is one of the most used formats. We manufacture them in three different materials: foam sheets, porex sheets or polyurethane sheets.
What type of bubble wrap do I need to use?
- For small, lightweight or medium-weight items, it is recommended to choose standard 2-layer bubble wrap with 10mm diameter bubbles.
- For heavy, small or medium-sized items, we recommend reinforced 3-layer bubble wrap with 10mm diameter bubbles.
- For large, lightweight or medium-weight items, it is preferable to use large 2-layer bubble wrap with 25mm diameter bubbles.
- For large and heavy items, it is most advisable to use large reinforced 3-layer bubble wrap with 25mm diameter bubbles.
