Description
Insulating foam is made up of a sheet of foam (acoustic insulation) on which pure aluminum (thermal insulation) is laminated on one or both sides. The resulting composition provides exceptional properties.
On the one hand, aluminum provides insulation by reflection with low thermal conductivity; on the other hand, the foam considerably reduces impact noise thanks to its good quality as an acoustic insulator, at the same time that it waterproofs avoiding the passage of humidity through it.
At Foamland we have a line of products specialized in anti-impact insulation, acoustic insulation or thermal insulation. Our team of professionals has long-term experience and they will be able to advise you to obtain the appropriate insulation for your needs.
Delivery format

The presentation format is coiled on a cardboard core and protected with a 100% recyclable polyethylene bag. For a better handling of the coils we recommend using a horizontal dispenser with cutout.
We also manufacture separator sheets of different sizes with the same material.
Product applications

Insulating foam coils are applied both on floors (either parquet or underfloor heating) and on ceilings, walls and partitions. Neither moisture, nor cold, nor heat nor noise penetrate through this material.
In addition, the material’s power as an insulating protector makes it equally suitable for the transport of goods sensitive to temperature variations during the journey to their destination or the interior lining of wooden or cardboard boxes.
- Food packaging: Foam with aluminum is used to keep food fresh and safe during transportation and storage. Aluminum helps to reflect light and heat, which helps to prevent food spoilage.
- Pharmaceutical packaging: Foam with aluminum is used to protect pharmaceutical products from damage caused by heat and light. Aluminum helps to keep pharmaceutical products at a constant temperature, which is important for their preservation.
In addition to these packaging or construction applications, foam with aluminum is also used in other applications that require thermal insulation, such as:
- Refrigeration: Foam with aluminum is used in refrigerators and freezers to help keep food fresh.
- Industry: Foam with aluminum is used in a variety of industrial applications, such as pipe and equipment insulation.
