Welcome to the web of Foamland. We are a packaging manufacturer company bearing more than three decades of experiences.
We opened the doors of our Sabadell factory in 1987. Since then we have been dedicated to the manufacturing and distribution of all kind of packaging products, adhesive tapes, technical foams and insulation products.
Maintaining a constant dialogue with customers has been, and always will be, one of our most important priorities; it is what has allowed us to grow steadily over the years. Thus, we have invested continuously to create different manufacturing lines that allow us to meet the needs of national and international customers.
Packland®
At first, we focused on cushioning and protection products through the manufacture of bubble wrap for all types of applications and sectors. By listening to what our customers told us, we were able to perfect our manufacturing processes to achieve high-quality bubble wrap.
Aisland®
The Aisland® product line was the next to arrive. Our customers asked us to go beyond protection and padding to help them with insulation solutions as well. This is how we launched a new insulation manufacturing line that would provide a quality response to the problem.
Greenland®
Another of our key priorities is to manufacture in the most environmentally friendly way possible. This is demonstrated by the fact that for many years we have been manufacturing our plastic products with a high percentage of recycled post-consumer raw materials. We also have processes in place to recover 100% of the product waste we generate.
All of this has allowed us to obtain the ISO 14001 environmental quality certification. In the same way, we were among the first to incorporate compostable plastic into our catalog of bubble wrap products, with the same protective properties as traditional plastic but biodegradable.
Impactland®
Continuing with the need for quality insulating products, we introduce the Impactland® manufacturing line, a complete range focused on impact and moisture insulation for all types of parquet, laminate, floating floors, and concrete slabs. It achieves a significant reduction in the level of impact noise.
We produce impact insulation with different laminates, finishings and formats, from coils to gaskets.
Acusticland®
We wanted to go further in insulation solutions, and for this reason we researched to implement a new line of products for acoustic insulation and soundproofing of spaces, elimination of reverberations or acoustic damping.
We produce acoustic insulation with different laminates, finishings and formats, from coils to seals.
A concrete example is the family of acoustic kits, self-adhesive absorbent panels cut to different sizes to be applied in spaces of different sizes.
Termicland®
The latest addition to the Foamland product family is the range of articles dedicated to thermal insulation. The energy savings that a well-insulated space represents have significantly increased the demand for this type of product. With Termicland®, we have developed a range of articles with different thermal resistances that allow you to save a lot of money on air conditioning costs both in cold and hot seasons.
