Description
The coils of bubble with non-woven fabric are a washable, flexible and waterproof material whose technical composition creates an effective barrier against bacteria and microorganisms. The bubble wrap provides a layer of cushioning that protects products from shocks and vibrations, while the non-woven fabric layer provides not only this protective shield but also a characteristic softness.
Likewise, the nature of the non-woven fabric saves second packaging, since extra protection is achieved without having to use more materials.
Bubble wrap with non-woven fabric is a popular choice for packaging because it is effective, affordable, and easy to use.
Number of layers

Non-woven bubble wrap is a 3-layer product: non-woven, polyethylene bubbles, and polyethylene.
Delivery format

The delivery format is a coil wound on a cardboard core and protected with a 100% recyclable polyethylene bag. For a better handling of the coils we recommend using a horizontal dispenser with cutout.
We also manufacture separator sheets of different sizes with the same material.
Applications and market sectors
The softness of the fabric attached to the bubble makes bubble coils with non-woven fabric the perfect material to protect fragile objects in the medical, health, food, furniture, interior design and decoration industries.
We also laminate this material with aluminum or metallic for insulating applications, such as thermoprotective bags for transporting food or medicines.
Sustainability
This product contains 40% recycled material.
It is 100% recyclable (Group 4) and can be made back into bubble wrap. It can also be turned into bins, furniture, shipping envelopes, compost bins, or many other products.
It is everyone’s responsibility to recycle waste correctly. Especially those that can have an infinite life cycle, as is the case with bubble wrap.
