Pre-cut foam is designed to be placed inside all types of boxes, suitcases, cases or containers and act simultaneously as a display and protector for the objects inside.
They are delivered pre-cut in the form of a perforated grid, tailored to each project. In production processes they are the best ally because they speed up and do not hinder work rhythms. The horizontal perforations that the foam presents make it easier for the person who manipulates them not to need to use any type of cutting tool. It is enough to stretch the foam sheet so that the whole piece is obtained.
They have a fine porosity which makes them suitable for a wide variety of uses. They can contain light or heavy objects. Our pre-cut foams are manageable pieces and do not increase the weight of the final product. They are manufactured in different colors.
They are made to measure for the client, so they are inserted and adjusted perfectly for each project.
