The coils of insulating bubble wrap are composed by 4 layers that offer high quality thermal insulation that acts by reflection. At the same time, this material also protects from possible impacts.
It is the ideal material to achieve optimal thermal insulation of floors, walls, partitions, ceilings or facades. It is also applied to plumbing elements, radiators, cellars or boilers, among others. At Foamland we manufacture a wide variety of high quality insulating materials.
Bubble wrap with aluminum is a popular choice for packaging because it is effective, affordable, and easy to use. It is a versatile material that can be used to package a wide range of products.
Number of layers
Insulating bubble wrap is a 4-layer product: pure aluminum, polyethylene bubble, smooth polyethylene, pure aluminum.
Delivery format
The delivery format is a coil wound on a cardboard core and protected with a 100% recyclable polyethylene bag. For a better handling of the coils we recommend using a horizontal dispenser with cutout.
We also manufacture separator sheets of different sizes with the same material.
Applications and market sectors
A specific application of this material is the pallet covers (Termicland® Cover) that we manufacture at Foamland.

Sustainability
This product contains 40% recycled material.
It is 100% recyclable (Group 4) and can be made back into bubble wrap. It can also be turned into bins, furniture, shipping envelopes, compost bins, or many other products.
It is everyone’s responsibility to recycle waste correctly. Especially those that can have an infinite life cycle, as is the case with bubble wrap.
