Description
The sliding bubble is a proof that handling an object to wrap or protect it as part of a production line does not have to excessively impair handling time. Thanks to the sliding layer of the bubble wrap, placing the object in the bubble wrap is quick and easy.
Bubble wrap with a slip layer is a material easy to use. It is a recommended product to protect lacquered and varnished products, glass or car parts.
Number of layers
Sliding Bubble Coils are a 4-layer product: Sliding Polyethylene, smooth polyethylene, polyethylene bubbles and smooth polyethylene.
Delivery format
The delivery format is a coil wound on a cardboard core and protected with a 100% recyclable polyethylene bag. For a better handling of the coils we recommend using a horizontal dispenser with cutout.
We also manufacture bags, separator sheets and tubes of different sizes with the same material.
Applications and market sectors
Sliding bubble coils are recommended to protect parts of the automotive sector, glass and lacquered or varnished products. The sliding property makes it the ideal ally for the industry that works with assembly lines, since placing products inside this type of bubble is much faster. Likewise, it is also used in sectors such as jewelry, costume jewelery or gift items.
Sustainability
This product contains 40% recycled material.
It is 100% recyclable (Group 4) and can be made back into bubble wrap. It can also be turned into bins, furniture, shipping envelopes, compost bins, or many other products.
It is everyone’s responsibility to recycle waste correctly. Especially those that can have an infinite life cycle, as is the case with bubble wrap.
