Description
UV-resistant bubble wrap is a packaging material that is used to protect products from sunlight. Sunlight contains ultraviolet rays, which can damage products, especially electronic products, food, and pharmaceutical products.
UV-resistant bubble wrap is a popular choice for packaging because it is effective, affordable, and easy to use.

Thanks to the plastic with an anti-UV additive, sunlight diffuses naturally, reducing crop stress.

Unlike smooth plastics, the bubbles provide insulation and reduce the costs of heating greenhouses.

Effective low-investment protection against the elements: frost, dryness, humidity, rain, hail,…
Number of layers

UV resistant bubble wrap is a 3 layer polyethylene product.
Delivery format

The delivery format is a coil wound on a cardboard core and protected with a 100% recyclable polyethylene bag. For a better handling of the coils we recommend using a horizontal dispenser with cutout.
We also manufacture separator sheets of different sizes with the same material.
Applications and market sectors

Beyond its suitability for greenhouse crops, UV-resistant bubble wrap is also the perfect ally for fruit and vegetable products that require special protection or that are harvested in advanced stages of maturation.
It is very easily placed as an interior lining of the fruit bin to avoid direct contact between the product and the wood, isolating and avoiding damage from scratches or blows.
Sustainability
This product contains 40% recycled material.
It is 100% recyclable (Group 4) and can be made back into bubble wrap. It can also be turned into bins, furniture, shipping envelopes, compost bins, or many other products.
It is everyone’s responsibility to recycle waste correctly. Especially those that can have an infinite life cycle, as is the case with bubble wrap.
