Description
Double-sided adhesive coils with film support have the ability to generate a high tear strength.
This product allows for two differentiated adhesive forces, one on each side of the film. The film backing acts as a barrier and prevents transfer between the different adhesive properties of each side.
Each adhesive side can have different adhesion properties (low, removable, or permanent).
The increase in thickness due to the backing is practically non-existent in most applications and it also makes handling much easier as the film backing does not tear with handling. It adapts perfectly to the substrate where it is applied, which can also be made of a variety of materials and compositions.
At Foamland, we work with proprietary formulations that guarantee the fixation of all types of pressure-sensitive products.
Aplications
- Joinings or laminations of foams, both open-cell and closed-cell, porous materials, felts, fabrics, and elastic materials that require greater resistance to transversal and vertical elongation.
- Available in low-adhesion, removable, and permanent versions.

Delivery format
The presentation format of the double-sided adhesive coils with film support is on a roll.
We also offer cutting of the double-sided adhesive rolls with film backing to the desired size for each project. From widths of a minimum of 3 mm. to a maximum of 1,520 mm.
In addition, the customer can provide their own material and we will convert it into self-adhesive by choosing the right type of adhesive for the application needs. The maximum width is 1,520 mm. Lamination can be one or two-sided. Please consult the different options for the adhesive coating on request.
