Description

Open-cell polyether-based polyurethane filter foam with uniform pore size. Its main installation focuses on air filtration and ventilation mechanisms.

Being a washable and easy-to-cut material, it is easily applied to any type of ventilation system, both for electronic devices and in the construction sector.

Filtering capacity is measured in PPI (Pores Per “Inch” – 1 inch equals 2.54cm). Between 10 and 20 PPI, the pores are larger and the air filtration efficiency is reduced depending on the type and size of particles. On the other hand, with between 20 and 30 PPI, having smaller pores, it is possible to filter much smaller particles. Our team of experts will be able to advise you on what type of density is best suited for your project.

At the same time, it is a good insulator that offers good properties as a sealant on doors and windows. In this way, it will be possible to isolate a space thermo-acoustically, avoiding drafts and reducing the propagation of noise and reverberations.
