Minimum thickness with maximum adhesive grip
Description
With the adhesive coating with silicone film we can laminate various types of adhesive on various types of materials on one or both sides. We can work with three different systems:
1. We adhere material provided by the client
The client provides us with his own material so that we can laminate the self-adhesive layer. Once applied, the client collects the material to finish the process at their facilities. It is also possible to laminate a self-adhesive layer on each side of the material provided by the customer.
2. We adhere material available in Foamland
Using different materials manufactured in our facilities, we apply an adhesive coating so that the client already has the finished product.
3. We join material available in Foamland with material provided by the client
Using different materials manufactured in our facilities, we apply an adhesive coating to join them. We apply another coating to the joint to laminate it with the material that the client provides us. Once applied, the client collects the material to finish the process at their facilities.
In any case, we always choose the most appropriate type of adhesive for each application.
What are reserves and what are their uses?
The adhesive that we apply through the silicone film is, by default, completely uniform. That is, it is distributed throughout the entire surface of the film. This makes it ideal for the most demanding joints.
But there are certain occasions when the union of two materials does not require the adhesive to be so present.
In these cases, we leave longitudinal strips of paper without adhesive. These strips are the reserves and can be as wide as necessary.
Thanks to the reserves, after applying the adhesive to a product (coil, processed material or perforated parts) numerous gripping tabs are available so that the protector can be removed without problems, even with very soft materials.
Reserves help make shield removal quicker and easier.

Delivery format and cutting into rolls
The delivery format of the adhesive coating with silicone film is in a coil rolled on a cardboard core and protected with a 100% recyclable polyethylene bag.
