Impregnated polyurethane foams

It is a polyether or polyester-based polyurethane foam, of open cells, manufactured or foamed in large-sized blocks and with a broad range of densities. Later it is impregnated with several different resins, to provide different properties and/or improve others; such as the acoustic absorption, airtightness, noise sealing capacity, also water sealing.. as well as improve its ageing resistance, keeping it from oxidation...

• Standard form of presentation: in sheets and long rolls limited. Widths of 1,000mm. Standard thicknesses from 5mm and up to 50mm).
• Standard Densities: from 60Kg/cubic m up to 150Kg/cubic m.
• Colours: Standard, black, anthracite grey and light grey.
• Wide range of possible transformations: in die-cut parts, weather stripping, strips, sheets, sandwiched with other materials, adhesive lamination...
• Main applications: soundproofing, baffles, seals against air, dust, noise..., expansion joints.
