Bonded polyurethane foams
It is a completely recycled material, obtained from the remains of different kinds of polyurethane foams, polyether or polyester-based and of different colours, densities and properties.
After being cut into small pieces in a shredding mill, they are placed in a mould and through a pressing and new cross-linking process, the desired density is configured into industrial block shape, from which sheets are obtained at different thicknesses and densities, as per the need of the applications existing on the market.

- Form of presentation: in blocks and sheets, generally of 2,000x1,000mm. Standard thicknesses from 3mm and up to 500mm.
- Standard densities: of 60Kg/cubic m up to 300Kg/cubic m.
- Colours: material with irregular mix of colours.
- Wide range of possible transformations: in die-cut parts, milled parts, weather stripping, strips, sheets, sandwiched with other materials, adhesive lamination, coatings,…
- Main applications: insulation or protection against impacts, soundproofing, anti-vibration spacers, blankets for the comfort of people or animals, leisure, or sports.
